Law Enforcement Students Participate in Marijuana Eradication

The law enforcement students at Florida Panhandle Technical College (formerly Washington-Holmes Technical Center) in Chipley, Florida recently participated in amarijuana eradication effort with Holmes County Sheriff’s Office. The eradication took place on August 20, 2015, included areas throughout Holmes County, and resulted in the confiscation of approximately 1,000 marijuana plants. 
The students worked with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Forestry, as well as federal Drug Enforcement agents and the U.S. Marshall Service.
