Florida Panhandle Technical College (formerly Washington-Holmes Technical Center) in Chipley, Florida is offering preparatory classes for Florida Emergency Medical Technician certification. EMT Director Danny Page will head up a staff of instructors and this program will serve the needs of the community, preparing students for well-paid jobs in the emergency services field. The EMT program consist of 250 hours and will run for 12 weeks, with classes beginning on September 1, 2015 and ending on December 17, 2015. Night classes will run Tuesday and Thursdays from 5-9PM, with clinical dates embedded into weekend dates.
